The price
You pay the pre-order price shown on the product page, plus the shipping you choose at checkout, in US dollars. Any tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
Paying
You pay in full when you order, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, through Stripe. We never see your card number. The charge shows on your card statement as GROUNDERS.APP.
When it ships
Before you order, the site shows the date your board ships. Shipping goes by Canada Post. US orders go by Canada Post with the US duties already paid, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.
FCC notice for US orders
KeBe v2 is subject to the rules of the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and its FCC equipment authorization is not yet complete. Delivery to you is conditional on KeBe v2 successfully completing that authorization: no board ships to a US address before it does. The FCC's rules do not address the applicability of consumer protection, contractual, or other provisions under federal or state law. If the authorization is not completed, we cancel your order and refund it in full. You can cancel any time before your board ships for a full refund within 5 business days.
Changing your mind
Cancel any time before your board ships for a full refund within 5 business days. To cancel, email support@grounders.app with your order number.
If it is late
If we can't ship by the date shown, we email you before it with a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Returns
Return the board within 30 days of delivery, in its original condition, for a refund; buyer pays return shipping. For the return address, email support@grounders.app with your order number.
Warranty
Defects repaired or replaced for a year.
These terms add to the rights your province's or state's consumer law gives you; they do not replace them.
